The centring roller bearing has two rows of rollers, which mainly bear the radial load, and can also bear the axial load in either direction. It has high radial load capacity, especially suitable for heavy load or vibration load, but can not bear pure axial load. The outer ring raceway of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has good centering performance and can compensate the coaxiality error. There are two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers, the outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways inclined to the bearing axis, which has good centering performance. When the axial force is bent or installed with different centers, the bearing can still be used normally. The centering property varies with the bearing size series. The commonly allowed centering angle is 1 ≤ 2.5 degrees. The load capacity of this type of bearing is larger. In addition to the radial load, the bearing can also bear the axial load of two-way action, and has good impact resistance. Generally speaking, the working speed of the centring roller bearing is lower.
According to the cross section shape of roller, the centering roller bearing can be divided into two different structures: symmetrical spherical roller and asymmetric spherical roller. Asymmetric centering roller bearing is an early product, mainly for the maintenance of the main engine, but few symmetrical centering roller bearings are selected for the new design of the mainframe. The internal structure has been improved in an all-round way and optimized by parameters, compared with the early production of the centering roller bearing. Can bear greater axial load, the running temperature of this kind of bearing is lower, so it can meet the requirements of higher speed. According to the difference of inner ring and cage used, it can be divided into C type and CA type. C bearing is characterized by inner ring without flanging and steel plate stamping cage, CA type Tren bearing is characterized by bezel and car solid cage on both sides of inner ring.
The centring roller bearing is divided into cylindrical inner hole and conical inner hole. The taper of the conical inner hole is 1:12 for the post bearing code K (153000 or 113000) and the rear code K30 for the rear code K30 for the inner conical hole. When this kind of bearing is matched with the conical shaft, the radial clearance of the bearing can be adjusted by moving the inner ring along the axis.
If the conical hole centring roller bearing with rear code code K and K30 is installed on the matching tight sleeve, it will become the rear code K + H and K30 + H bearing. Such bearings can be mounted on optical shafts without shoulders and are suitable for situations where bearings need to be installed and removed on a regular basis. In order to improve the lubrication performance of the bearing, the bearing outer ring car has annular oil grooves and drills three evenly distributed oil holes, the rear code of which is W33.
